Espresso

There is a certain mystery that surrounds espresso. Is it a type of bean? A drink? A degree of roast? Espresso is simply a blend of coffees formulated to truly shine when extracted using the espresso method (a method of brewing using a quick infusion of water through coffee grounds. Our espressos are designed to work equally well at home or in a commercial application.

Our Cafe Equitas line of premium organic coffees reflects our deep concern for the environment and the livelihood of families in coffee producing regions. Cafe Equitas coffees are shade grown on high altitude OCIA and SKAL certified plantations and farmed and harvested without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides, ensuring the preservation of native plant and wildlife habitat. Equitas is certified 100% Organic by Oregon Tilth in accordance with FDA and NOP standards.
